FEATURED: THE PEARL
Movement 1 (0:00-2:13): Starting with an energetic and confident ostinato, we meet the outer shell: the bold facade that people present to the world.
Movement 2 (2:13-5:48): That shell is stripped away to the tender part inside: the beauty of our vulnerability and pain that we often keep hidden.
Movement 3 (5:48-8:40): The culmination represents the pearl: the metamorphosis that’s possible when we integrate the first two parts and step into who we really are.
